Roti canai is an Indian flat bread dish the Malaysian all time favorite as breakfast.
It is usually served with dal or other types of curry, but can also be cooked in a range of sweet or savory variations made with a variety of ingredients such as meat, eggs. When I make this roti canai dish, I will cook vegetables curry to compliment the crispy bread. Thick sauce with some heat makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside.
